A real spring with a real story. We source exclusively from California’s Legendary Adobe Springs Mineral-Spring source.
Hidden deep in California’s Diablo Mountain Range, far from agriculture and untouched by development, a single pressure-fed spring rises through fractured ultramafic rock. This is where Adobe Mountain begins. Pure Natural Mineral Water, naturally alkaline and filtered only by stone and time.

Adobe Mountain flows up under its own pressure through layers of serpentinized mantle rock and fractured stone. This natural filtration process enriches the water with magnesium, stabilizes its pH and protects it from biological contamination. This is water the way the nature intended. Unprocessed, unblended and very alive.
Nature’s Functional Beverage
Adobe Mountain contains approximately 100mg/L of naturally occurring magnesium, one of the highest natural levels found in North American spring waters.
With low sodium, low calcium and an average total dissolved solids (TDS) level of 400mg/L.
Most bottled waters are built on calcium. Adobe Mountain is built on magnesium. With a rare calcium-to-magnesium ratio of approximately 1:7, it stands among the few natural waters in the world where magnesium is truly dominant.

Every bottle of Adobe Mountain water comes from the same single, faultline fed spring in Del Puerto Canyon, California. There is no blending, no switching between wells and no alternate supply chain. We don’t hide behind “proprietary sources”

The recharge area above Adobe Springs is unreachable by vehicles, construction, or agriculture. Guarded by steep terrain and geology itself, the source remains wild and largely untouched. What flows from it is pure, independently tested and verified, and bottled without the need for chemical disinfection.

We bottle with restraint. Adobe Mountain is flow-monitored, sustainably harvested and never overdrawn. We use glass and recyclable PET and we’re exploring refillable options that keep the water flowing and the packaging footprint low.
